The rates above are inclusive of utility, local taxes, all linen, bathroom towels, beach towels and cleaning.
Pool and Jacuzzi heating is at an extra cost of £100.00 per week.
A damage deposit of £200.00 is required which is fully refundable if there has been no damages, spillages or breakages etc to the villa this will be refunded to you within 28 days of your departure.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa but is allowed on the sun deck.
A non refundable deposit of £200.00 per week is required to secure your booking.
