The rental was excellent value and the property was ideally suited to our family needs. Minor additions to the inventory and fixtures would help. Specifically towel rails in the bathrooms
and a few more kitchen utensils. Location to the main attractions is good although it is best to travel very early or late to minimise delays on the I4. We were perfectly satisfied with the performance

Had a fabulous stay in this villa, it is not overlooked at all and had so much room. The pool and pool area are spacious too and well maintained. It was very useful to have free use of a travel cot, highchair and stroller for our 2 year old as well. If I could think of one improvement though it would be to provide some sort of internet or wireless access and then the place would be completely perfect! Many Thanks.

The Villa was in a good location and well furnished with a large pool and deck area. The ground floor was open plan with plenty of room for large families and easy access to the pool area. Only minor niggle was crockery for pool area could do with udating and also sun loungers. Had a couple of problems which arose during our stay but mangement company resolved them quickly. Overall a nicely furnished and designed villa which we would recommend to freinds

"Hi just got back from a fantastic holiday staying at your villa. We were overwhelmed at the amount of space we had and how well equipt it was. The pool was a godsend after a long and brilliant day at a park and was not overlooked as were other villas we have stayed in previously.The situation of the villa was in a lovely area and we are now considering buying our own villa in the same area. The management company were very friendly and truly fantastic when they replaced a broken washing machine on the day we called then."

"Our holiday is over and I just wanted to let you know that an enjoyable vacation was made even more so because of your Villa. We enjoyed every minute we spent in it and in the pool. My children and grand children especially enjoyed it. My wife and I appreciated the couple of days we could relax in it while the others were enjoying other activities. We had a great time. "

"We have recently stayed at this villa, I had never been further a field than Europe and was pretty scared about flying all that way, however after a horrible flight I have to say I was blown away by this villa, as soon as we drove up the drive and walked in to the house we were amazed at how large the house is, the pool which you can see through the windows is massaive and was really nice to come home to our own pool which was not overlooked. We went with our son and his new girlfriend and were amazed at how much privacy we could all have. The owners had gave us a lot of information about places to visit and how everything worked which we found particularly useful. the house was immaculately clean and very spacious. We have already booked to return next year even though i still do not link flying"

"What a fantastic house!! There was so much room so everyone had their own space but also had ample seating for us all to be together. The pool was beautiful, we love the parks but we just couldn't wait to get back to the pool which was so warm. The management company were lovely, very helpful and very friendly. I know you shouldn't go on holiday to watch TV, but to have a TV in all rooms was great....even if it was only the weather channel we watched!! I would recommend staying at this house to anyone and we are hoping to go back to Orlando so would definately rent this villa again. Thanks again Howard for all your help and for giving us the pleasure of staying at your villa...it truly was magical. Nicky"

"to howard king. just a little note to say thanks for the use of your fabulous villa.the games room was a godsend on the couple of rainy days we had during our stay and in the evenings as well.we couldnt fault the villa at all. we will definately stay again in the not too distant future.many thanks once again from the whole delaney family "

"This is an oversized 5 bed villa with ample space in the family and dining rooms. The pool deck has a nice view, not directly overlooked and Calabay Parc has a european charm and feel to it. I would certainly recommend this villa to friends and family and look forward to a repeat visit. It is top of my list. Unfortunately for my next time to visit this villa is not available. The management company were very good. They came to remove the combi lock that holds the key on arrival and rang the bell and asked if everything was OK. Nice to see that someone cares. Location is good, easy access to I-4 means you can bypass US192 if you desire. Unbelievably, someone, maybe a neighbour or the management company moved the bin to the correct location as we had forgotton to move to the road side on the day of collection! And then returned it afterwards!"

"Just got back yesterday and want to say that your villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. We had such a wonderful time and it was made even better by our lovely accommodation. It was super to have a home from home instead of a hotel room - much more relaxing and everything that we needed was on hand.

"I have stayed at this villa twice now and always had a fantastic time, the villa has everything you could possibly want. The pool is the largest I have seen and the area around the pool is great to sunbathe. We always go with one other couple and as there is lots of room you can always find yourself some private space of your own. I have already booked for next year"

Bulgaria Reviews

The appartment was lovely very spacious and wonderful fews. The site and appartment were kept to a very high standard very clean and tidy well looked after. St Vlas is about half hour walk away or a short bus ride, but the bus was only one a hour or hour and half and sometimes full so you could not get on. There are taxis on site so you can always get a taxi if you want to. This is a good place for a quiet and relaxing holiday and the night life is only a bus or taxi ride away to Sunny Beach which is very lively. Would definately go back and recomend to friends."

"We stayed recently at this apartment with our two daughters, we used the pick up service the owners provide and had a welcome pack. Which were both great. We loved getting up the next morning to see what a fabulous view we had of the sea which you can see of both of the balconies. My daughters loved all the pools and especially loved how you could go to the other complexes. The complex was very clean and we all felt very safe being gated. We loved the fact the beach was so near to the Complex. It was great to be able to head in to Sunny Beach for the Shopping but be able to return somewhere less busy at the end of the day"

"I stayed at this property in September with my partner, we expected it to be cool but it was still suprisingly hot. I was glad that we had booked away from Sunny Beach as it was nice and peaceful during the day and we could head in to Sunny Beach on the bus at night. I especially liked the fact you could use all the different Complexes. Everything was very cheap. The taxi service that picked us up from the airport was great and it meant that we could pick up some very useful tips on where to go, we were at our apartment and enjoying a drink before friends of ours who were coming by bus had even set off.The views of the sea were magnificent and we have booked the same apartment for next year."

"Very good complex,new has 8 pools and is in a quiet part of the area. Right next to the sea. Found Bulgaria very cheap ther are 5 of us and we ate between £11 and £22 for all of us every night this was including drinks. Would go there again. The Black sea is warmer thatn the med and less salty, the temperature when we got there was 39 degrees C only dropped towards the end of the second week to 25/27 degrees. would highly recommend it to any family for a fun inexpensive holiday."

"If you are looking for a relaxing holday this appartment is excellent, away from the hustle and crowds in Sunny beach, with plenty of swimming pools to choose from and a lovely beach nearby. The two restraunts on the site are very good value for money. The appartment has a great balcony overlooking the sea and the complex has many seating areas where you can sit and and relax in the well kept grounds,"

"I stayed at this property with my Husband and 2 children in August. The booking system was very easy we then turned up at the airport and for an extra 45 levs were chaufer driven to our apartment. The apartment has a fabulous view and it was very calming just to sit and watch the boats go by.The beach was very close and my children had plenty to do in the many swimming pools. They especially loved the wave pool.The restaurant on site was very handy for lunch times as prising them away from the pools was often a struggle. The local bus service at the top of the road was great costing only one lev to get to St Vlas where we had many a great night in the local restaurants. I have already recommended this apartment to all of my friends"
